The Ministry of Home Affairs is seeking people's opinions on the draft Decree amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 126/2024/ND-CP dated October 8, 2024 of the Government on the organization, operation and management of associations.
Notably, the draft report of the Decree proposes to supplement Appendix IV on the list of associations assigned tasks by the Party and State and approved charters by the Prime Minister; and at the same time supplement Appendix V, which includes a list of associations elected with no more than 2 full-time Vice Chairmen.
