The grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. was established in 2016. Since its establishment, the Executive Committee of CĐCS has well performed its advisory role in organizing movements, activities and propaganda work, learning to improve skills among workers (CNLĐ). Every year, the Executive Committee proactively develops plans and action programs with practical content.
Mr. Vo Thanh Nha - Chairman of the grassroots trade union of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. said that with the attention and favorable conditions of the Company's Board of Directors, the Trade Union of An Giang Industrial Parks, trade union activities at the company have been promoted, launched many emulation movements for good production and business, promoted many new ideas, saving electricity and water, labor safety and hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, contributing to helping the company stabilize in production. The total number of employees at the enterprise (100% Korean capital) is more than 10,500 people, of which the number of union members is more than 10,200 people (accounting for 97% of the total number of workers).
Prominent in 2025, the grassroots trade union coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to organize "Trade Union Meals" for union members and workers. Organized a ceremony to commend and reward nearly 1,000 students who are children of union members with excellent and excellent academic achievements; Considered awarding 65 scholarships to children of union members in particularly difficult circumstances who overcome difficulties and study well.

Many welfare projects bring practical benefits such as the Trade Union Welfare model (Trade Union Supermarket) providing essential necessities, helping to reduce the burden of living expenses, products with clear origins, stable prices, receiving the support of many union members and workers.
The model of a machine producing and supplying free pure ice helps reduce a part of living costs, ensures food safety and hygiene, cools down in the hot season, and ensures workers' health.
The free tire pumping and repair model helps to feel more secure when working overtime, night shifts ensure better transportation, showing the concern of the Trade Union organization even if those are small issues.
Coordinating with CEP Microfinance organization Long Xuyen branch to implement capital support activities for company union members, more than 70 union members were able to borrow with a total amount of more than 1.7 billion VND.

The grassroots trade union also coordinated well with the An Giang Vocational Education Center to open training classes and A1 motorcycle driving test for nearly 1,000 union members, with special preferential prices, creating favorable conditions when going to work by motorbike and strictly complying with the Road Traffic Law, ensuring traffic safety when moving.
The Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. has summarized the opinions of workers and employees with advice and proposals to the company's Board of Directors to agree to increase many clauses that are beneficial to employees, increase some welfare regimes for employees such as implementing the quality of lunch meals. Negotiating with employers to build collective labor agreements with many clauses that are more beneficial than the provisions of law, such as: Diligence bonus, initiative bonus, female employees who are pregnant or raising children under 12 months old are transferred to lighter jobs and are reduced by 1 working hour per day while still receiving salary...
In 2025, nearly 10 recruitment conferences were organized, attracting thousands of workers, and the grassroots trade union admitted 3,320 new union members.

Mr. Nha shared: "The Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union always proactively exchanges with the Company's Board of Directors about regimes, policies, and rights of employees as prescribed by law and many other operating issues. Grassroots trade union officials firmly grasp the basic principles and methods of trade union activities, promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees. Effectively implement negotiation and signing of collective labor agreements, dialogues at the workplace, thereby contributing to improving the quality and efficiency of operations. All trade union activities are implemented in a practical, needs-driven and long-term direction.
