The grassroots trade union (CĐCS) of An Giang Samho Co., Ltd. was established in 2016. Since its establishment, the Executive Committee of CĐCS has well performed its advisory role in organizing movements, activities and propaganda work, learning to improve skills among workers (CNLĐ). The free tire pumping and repair model helps to feel more secure when working overtime, night shifts ensure better transportation, showing the concern of the Trade Union organization even if those are small issues.
Coordinating with CEP Microfinance organization Long Xuyen branch to implement capital support activities for company union members, more than 70 union members were able to borrow with a total amount of more than 1.7 billion VND.
