In her role as Chairwoman of the Grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of CIC Group Joint Stock Company, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Hanh is loved by union members and employees, considered a role model for studying every time she is mentioned.
Not only active in Trade Union activities, caring wholeheartedly for union members and employees, Ms. Hanh is also a person who connects and creates positive energy to build the spirit of solidarity, helping employees to be attached and dedicate themselves to the Company.
Ms. Hanh and the Executive Committee regularly inspect and supervise the implementation of regimes, policies, and laws, ensuring the implementation of the rights of union members and employees. Coordinate with the General Director's Board to build democratic regulations, organize employee conferences, sign collective labor agreements with many clauses that are more beneficial to employees; take care of the life and working environment of union members and employees.

Ms. Hanh said that in 2025, the CIC Group grassroots trade union has well performed its role of representing and protecting the rights of 617 employees with 100% of personnel signing labor contracts and paying full insurance. The bright spot of the year is the successful negotiation of many outstanding benefits such as: applying 3P salary, 100% interest rate support for home purchase loans in the first 6 months, giving savings books of 20 million VND to senior personnel (20-30 years), raising the level of support for critical illnesses to 20 million VND. The total cost of caring for life, visiting sick people, and giving Tet gifts reached over 2.4 billion VND. In parallel, the unit contributed more than 4.3 billion VND to social security and charity activities.

Ms. Huynh Thi Thanh Mai, Head of Appraisal Department of CIC Group, expressed: "In her work, Ms. Hanh is always a dedicated colleague, harmoniously combining management responsibility and sincere concern for the collective. In her role as Chief of Office, she is always closely involved in ensuring full regimes, policies and legitimate rights for her colleagues in accordance with regulations. She is also very understanding when promptly equipping all machinery and equipment, creating the best conditions for everyone to work effectively.
In the position of Trade Union Chairwoman, she always listens, understands her thoughts and is ready to support and visit everyone whenever they encounter difficulties. Her transparency, impartiality and closeness have helped build a united CIC Group where everyone always trusts and treats each other like family. Colleagues respect her silent but persistent efforts in building a humane and cohesive working environment," Ms. Mai shared.
Initiative to apply technology for profit
In 2024, Ms. Hanh's initiative topic "Applying Google forms (Google forms) in measuring and evaluating KPI of departments" was recognized. Through the implementation of KPI measurement and evaluation solutions, departments have optimized the requirements for convenience such as: flexible time, saving office supplies (printing and storage costs are significantly reduced), long-term storage and convenience in synthesis and reporting. The solution has been applied at the Group and recognized according to the Company's Decision.
Mr. Tran Quoc Truong, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the Company, said: In 2025, Ms. Hanh was awarded a Certificate of Merit from the Prime Minister for her achievements in work from 2020 to 2024, contributing to the cause of building socialism and protecting the Fatherland.
In the process of expanding the production and business scale of CIC Group, Ms. Hanh has always upheld the spirit of responsibility and efforts in management. Ms. Hanh has proactively proposed recruitment, training and internal rotation mechanisms to build a streamlined and efficient apparatus. These contributions not only help optimize resources but also contribute to building a united collective, where each individual has the opportunity to develop along with the growth of the business. The signing of collective labor agreements with many beneficial clauses has helped employees feel secure in their work, considering CIC Group as a second home," Mr. Truong said.

Ms. Hanh shared: "In the context of many economic difficulties, the role of grassroots trade unions becomes even more important in accompanying businesses and employees. I will work with the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to continue to play a good role as a bridge between employees and the CIC Group leadership, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of employees to propose appropriate solutions. Maintain jobs, stabilize income and gradually improve welfare regimes, helping employees feel secure in their work and stick with them for a long time.
