News from the Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son Ward, Da Nang City on May 21st said: The Board of Directors and the Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son Regional Health Center (under the Trade Union of Ngu Hanh Son Ward) organized the 2026 skills competition with the participation of doctors, nurses, midwives, medical assistants, and medical technicians currently working in clinical and paraclinical departments, and health stations.
The contest has 2 parts including individual and collective exams. In the individual exam, contestants participate in the multiple-choice exam on the Azota software, answering 50 questions in 20 minutes.
Knowledge content includes circulars and regulations on communication and behavior of medical staff and "Innovating the style and attitude of medical staff towards patient satisfaction"; detailing a number of articles of the Law on Medical Examination and Treatment; infection control and medical waste management within the premises of medical facilities.
In the team competition, 5 inter-team teams from departments, rooms, and stations, each team chose a theme and performed a stage performance to transform real-life situations revolving around the theme "Communication from the Heart" and the message of the International Nursing Council on International Nursing Day 2026: "Empowering nurses to save patients' lives".
The competitions are elaborately invested, closely following the actual situation in medical examination and treatment, thereby spreading the image of dedicated, professional and friendly medical staff.
The contest is an annual activity maintained and organized by the unit to promote the role, improve professional capacity, practical skills and the spirit of innovation in service style of the medical staff.
