On May 20, Thang Binh Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City informed that this unit has coordinated with the Commune Women's Union and Hoa Tho Quang Nam Garment Joint Stock Company to organize the launch program of the model "Female workers with digital life". This is a timely solution to equip technology skills and accompany and share with workers in difficult circumstances.
The program was attended by more than 100 union members and workers working at Hoa Tho Quang Nam Garment Joint Stock Company.
The "Female Workers with Digital Life" model was established with the core goal of improving digital technology application skills, while guiding how to use social networks safely and effectively for female workers. In addition to equipping knowledge, this model also plays a role in creating a healthy environment for workers to exchange, learn and share valuable experiences in both production labor and daily life.

At the ceremony, the Standing Committee of the Commune Women's Union officially announced the Decision to establish the model. The Management Board of the "Female Worker with Digital Life" model was also launched in front of the entire hall to take on the role of managing and implementing practical activities in the coming time.
Immediately after the launching ceremony, the Organizing Committee invited Captain Dang Van Thanh, representative of the Commune Police, to directly report on the topic of preventing social network fraud and guiding the safe use of the network. This content received great attention from female workers in the context of increasingly sophisticated high-tech crime tricks.
At the ceremony, Thang Binh Commune Trade Union organized the awarding of a total of 33 meaningful gifts with a total support value of 28 million VND. The entire funding source is balanced from the support source of the Da Nang City Labor Federation with 23 gifts and the support source from Thang Binh Commune Trade Union itself with 10 gifts.
This coordination program has affirmed the close attention and close companionship of Trade Unions, Women's Unions and businesses at all levels to the material and spiritual lives of female workers. The activity not only contributes to strongly spreading the spirit of digital transformation but also aims to build a female labor force that is increasingly dynamic, sensitive and well adapts to the requirements in the new situation.
