HCMC - The collective of employees of DIC No. 1 Trade Union donated 1 day's salary and 2 tons of rice to support people in the Central region affected by floods.

On November 30, the Trade Union of Construction Development Investment Joint Stock Company No. 1 (DIC Trade Union No. 1) said that it had organized a campaign to mobilize union members and workers to donate to support people in the Central region affected by floods.

This is an activity in response to the campaign "All people support people in the Central and Central Highlands to overcome the consequences of floods". Thereby, all union members and workers in the enterprise donated 1 day of food and gave 2 tons of rice to people in the Central and Central Highlands.

According to DIC No. 1 Trade Union, through the activity, the tradition of mutual love has been highlighted - a precious value of the nation that has been preserved and spread through many generations; and has shone even more when people are in difficulty and miserable. More than ever, the people of the Central and Central Highlands are in dire need of arms, encouragement and timely support from people across the country.

Through the activity, hopefully the gifts will contribute to helping people have more resources to overcome the impacts and consequences caused by floods, soon stabilize their lives and rebuild production.

Millions of arms turn to compatriots affected by storms and floods

Consecutive storms and floods caused by storms have caused many deaths, missing people, and injuries; many houses and production and business establishments have had their roofs blown off and suffered heavy damage. People across the Central and Northern mountainous provinces are struggling day and night to cope with floods and heavy losses in human lives and property that cannot be mentioned...

"A piece of food when hungry is worth a package when full", with the spirit of mutual love that has always been a beautiful image of the Vietnamese people, the Golden Heart Social Charity Fund calls on domestic and foreign philanthropists to join hands to share with people affected by floods to have food, clothing, shelter, students have books to go to school...

The Golden Heart Social Charity Fund would like to sincerely thank the precious feelings of agencies, businesses, and domestic and foreign philanthropists.
