Attending and directing the Congress were Dr. Nguyen Van Tuoi - Party Secretary, Principal of the school; Ms. Huynh Thi Anh Nguyet - Chairwoman of the Hai Van Ward Trade Union, along with leaders and all union members of the school.
The report at the Congress said that in the past term, the school's grassroots trade union has effectively implemented many emulation movements, such as: "Good at school work - good at housework", "Good at work - Creative work", improving the quality of teaching and serving learners, contributing significantly to the overall development of the school.
The work of caring for the lives and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members continues to be focused on, from supporting union members in difficulty, organizing tours - vacations, to activities to improve spiritual and physical life. Cultural - artistic and sports activities are maintained regularly, creating an environment of solidarity and cohesion in the pedagogical community.
Entering the new term, the Trade Union of the Central College of Transport aims to continue to innovate the content and methods of operation; promote the role of representing and caring for union members; build a strong trade union organization.
The Congress identified key groups of tasks: Strengthening propaganda and education on political ideology and professional ethics for cadres, lecturers and workers; promoting emulation movements, associated with the goal of improving the quality of training and services; continuing to pay attention to the material and spiritual life of union members, promptly supporting difficult cases; building a working environment of solidarity, democracy, discipline and civilization; promoting the role of supervision, social criticism, participating in building the Party and the government.
The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of the Central College of Transport, XV, consisting of 9 people. Mr. Vu Minh Duc was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
