On the morning of November 17, the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Secretariat on personnel work.
At the conference, the decision on the transfer and appointment of personnel to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term was announced and presented.
According to the decision, the Secretariat decided that Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province would cease to participate in the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and cease to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term.
Mr. Le Hong Vinh was transferred and appointed to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee and hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Quang Tri Provincial Party Committee for the 2025-2030 term; at the same time, was introduced to be elected as Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial People's Committee.
Mr. Le Hong Vinh is 50 years old, from Do Luong, Nghe An province; has a master's degree, majoring in Science and Technology Management.
Mr. Le Hong Vinh has held many positions in the locality such as Deputy Director of Nghe An Department of Transport, Secretary of Anh Son District Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee, Head of the Provincial People's Council's Economic - Budget Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
December 2024 of the Central Party Secretariat on approving Mr. Le Hong Vinh - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee - to hold the position of Deputy Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee, term 2020 - 2025.
In January 2025, Mr. Le Hong Vinh was elected to hold the position of Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee.
