On May 9, the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones visited, encouraged and presented support to union members and workers who have had work accidents, occupational diseases, and serious illnesses in especially difficult circumstances at Daiwa Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Morito Da Nang Co., Ltd.
This is a meaningful, close and humane activity not only caring about material things but also comprehensively in the spirit of the rights of workers in response to Workers' Month and Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025.
Here, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Trung - Chairman of the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones - kindly visited and encouraged workers to soon overcome difficulties in life and personal pain, strive, complete their work well at the unit, and stabilize their lives.
The delegation also presented support to 35 union members and workers in especially difficult circumstances working at the company, each gift worth 2 million VND, including 4 cases of death due to work accidents and 24 cases of work accidents that reduced working capacity by 5% or more.
This time, the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Zones will provide support to all 108 cases of serious illness with a total amount of 304 million VND.

Mr. Hoang Xuan Nhat - Chairman of the Trade Union of Morito Da Nang Co., Ltd. - on behalf of the company's Executive Board, expressed his gratitude to the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks for their attention to the material and spiritual life of workers in difficult circumstances in the past time, especially during the Workers' Month and the Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene in 2025.
Mr. Hoang Xuan Nhat added that in addition to the support from the superior trade union, on May 18, the company's Executive Board mobilized and coordinated with the Company's Board of Directors to focus on caring for and proposing support for 50 cases of workers in difficult circumstances, each portion worth 500,000 VND, including 4 special cases, which will be supported with 1 million VND/ portion.
The companys Executive Board will also coordinate with the companys Board of Directors to organize a Union Meal program for 800 workers, each meal from 40,000 VND or more - Mr. Hoang Xuan Nhat said.
