On March 16, the Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation informed that in the first quarter of 2026, provincial trade union levels will continue to pay attention to the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.
In the first quarter of 2026, trade union levels throughout the province have allocated many resources to focus on caring for union members and workers during the Lunar New Year, leaving no one behind.
The unit has propagated and mobilized to establish 8 grassroots trade unions, newly admitting 244 union members. Among them, all are non-state-owned enterprises with many workers working.
In particular, trade union levels continue to summarize and review data from directly affiliated grassroots trade unions and data on union member development and establishment of new grassroots trade unions.
As of mid-March 2026, the whole province has 60,937 union members. With a high sense of responsibility, union members and workers always believe in the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's laws.
Mr. Le Van Thanh - Chairman of Dak Lak Provincial Labor Federation said: "From now until the end of 2026, trade union levels in the province will continue to effectively implement the work of developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions.
At the same time, continue to effectively implement union member welfare programs, sign collective labor agreements that benefit workers, especially in industrial zones and clusters in the area".
