On the morning of March 15, the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation established a working group led by Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation Ngo Diem Phuc as Head of the Group in coordination with the Economic Security Department of Ca Mau Provincial Police to some polling areas belonging to Ca Mau Fishing Port and Minh Phu Seafood Group Joint Stock Company to grasp the situation of union members and workers participating in the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026 - 2031 term.

It is known that Ca Mau currently has more than 200 enterprises with trade union organizations with 20,000 union members and workers participating in elections, through review by commune and ward trade unions and grassroots trade unions directly under the Provincial Labor Federation, most enterprises create conditions for workers to participate in elections in the locality or for workers to come to the company later after completing their voting rights.
Through records in the areas, the atmosphere on election day was serious, democratic and in accordance with regulations. The majority of union members and workers actively arranged time, went to the polling stations early to exercise their citizens' rights and obligations. Many businesses coordinated with grassroots trade unions to arrange flexible working hours, adjust production shifts to create favorable conditions for union members and workers to participate in voting fully.

At polling stations with a large number of workers, the organization was well prepared, ensuring the correct procedures, guiding voters to vote conveniently and safely. Union members and workers expressed excitement when participating in the great festival of the whole people, showing their responsibility in selecting typical delegates, representing the will and aspirations of the people.
According to the Ca Mau Provincial Labor Federation, in the past time, trade union levels have strengthened propaganda about the purpose and significance of the election, the rights and obligations of voters, and at the same time coordinated to review voter lists, creating conditions for workers to participate in the election fully and in accordance with regulations.
