Within the framework of activities in response to Workers' Month and Labor Safety and Hygiene Action Month in 2025, the Vietnam Education Trade Union organized the "Thank You to Workers" Program.
According to Chairman of the Vietnam Education Trade Union Nguyen Ngoc An, the exciting competitive atmosphere at the annual Workers' Month has realized the policies of the units.
The existence, development, and competitiveness of each unit and school absolutely rely on labor resources, labor results, and contributions of each individual, creating the strength, position, and prestige of each collective, creating the potential of the entire industry, creating resources for national development in the context of competition and innovation, Mr. An emphasized.
On this occasion, the leaders of the Vietnam Education Trade Union expressed their deep gratitude to workers in all units. May is also the month in which we give each other the best and most kind things, said Mr. An.
Representing workers, Ms. Nguyen Thi Dao - student management specialist, University of Commerce - said that the Vietnam Education Trade Union organizing the program "Thank you to workers" is not only an act of gratitude full of humanity but also a great encouragement for each cadre, teacher, and employee - those who are working tirelessly every day to contribute to the development of each unit, each school and more widely to the country's education cause.

For me, I am just an ordinary specialist, with an average income like many other colleagues. But I believe that, even though the work is not flashy or noisy, every worker like me - like many other cadres, employees, lecturers, security guards, nurses or managers - is quietly contributing a small part to the overall development of the unit where they work; creating a safe, humane and sustainable educational environment. Today's recognition from the union not only makes us feel appreciated, but also a strong motivation to continue to strive, be creative, and be more attached to the profession and the beloved union organization," Ms. Dao said emotionally.
At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 119 gifts to outstanding workers (each gift is cash worth 2 million VND and a gift worth 750,000 VND); and 6 scholarships, worth 2 million VND/gift to workers.
