At the conference, delegates focused on listening to and discussing many important contents, including the report assessing the results of activities in 2025 and key directions and tasks for 2026; report on the results of implementing the Collective Labor Agreement, Labor Code, internal regulations; ensuring regimes, policies and working conditions for officials, civil servants, and employees;
At the same time, consider the report on the results of using the commendation fund and welfare fund in 2025 and the plan to use the funds in 2026 of the Trade Union Agency.
The opinions expressed at the conference showed a sense of responsibility, contributing many practical proposals to continue to improve the operational efficiency of the Trade Union Agency, and better care for the lives, rights and legitimate interests of cadres, civil servants, and workers.
After a serious working process, the conference unanimously approved important contents: report evaluating the results of task implementation in 2025 and key tasks for 2026; report evaluating the results of collective labor agreements, internal labor regulations and internal regulations; report on the results of using funds in 2025 and the plan to use funds in 2026.
The conference also approved the election results of 3 delegates to attend the 2026 Corporation-level Employee Delegation Conference.
