In recent years, the patriotic emulation movement at Phuc Yen General Hospital has been widely implemented, attracting a large number of union members and workers to participate, contributing to improving the quality of medical examination and treatment and building a professional and friendly medical environment.
According to hospital leaders, emulation and commendation work is identified as an important driving force to arouse the spirit of responsibility and aspiration to contribute in the team of officials, employees and workers.

Emulation activities are associated with professional tasks such as improving the quality of medical examination and treatment, improving professional procedures, building a green - clean - beautiful medical environment, implementing office culture and promoting digital transformation.
The hospital trade union coordinates with professional departments to promote the movement "Good labor, creative labor", encouraging union members and workers to participate in scientific research and propose technical innovation initiatives.
In 2025 alone, the unit had 56 scientific research topics and initiatives accepted, contributing to improving treatment and management efficiency.

In parallel with that, the hospital focuses on training and fostering a team of medical staff - the core force is trade union members. In 2025, 20 medical staff were assigned to long-term training, 228 staff members participated in short-term training courses and 828 staff members participated in continuous training to update professional knowledge.
The hospital also sends staff to participate in tuyến directing programs, Project 1816 and remote medical examination and treatment activities with central hospitals.

With the achieved results, the hospital collective and many individual union members have been commended at all levels. In which, the hospital has received many Certificates of Merit from the Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation and emulation titles of the industry.
