In the atmosphere of preparing to welcome the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, from businesses to trade union organizations at all levels in Hung Yen have been and are implementing many practical activities, towards workers, to "Tet comes to every home, Spring is warm in each working shift".

Businesses accompany, workers feel warmer

For many years, TAV Co., Ltd. (Nguyen Duc Canh Industrial Park, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hung Yen province) has always considered taking care of the material and spiritual life of employees as a top priority. Right from the beginning of January, the enterprise has proactively implemented many practical Tet activities for employees.

The highlight is the "Shopping Day" program held at GO! Shopping Center. Here, each TAV employee receives a voucher worth 650,000 VND to shop for goods to serve living and Tet needs, along with many meaningful gifts. In parallel with that, in mid-January, TAV Company paid the 13th month salary to employees.

After the Tet holiday, the care chain continues to be maintained. The company plans to give lucky money at the beginning of the year to all employees to encourage their working spirit.

Sharing about this series of activities, Ms. Doan Thi Thuy Ha - Representative of the Human Resources Department of TAV Company - said: "TAV always puts employees at the center. Not only ensuring fair and worthy salaries and bonuses, we also organize many activities to care for spiritual life and health so that employees can feel secure in their work and stick with it for a long time.

That joy is also received by workers with trust. Ms. Kieu Anh - a garment worker at TAV - expressed: "My husband and I and my mother-in-law have worked at TAV for many years. Every Tet holiday, the company pays great attention to workers. These activities make us feel respected and have more motivation to stick with them for a long time.

At the Trade Union of Yazaki Hai Phong Vietnam Co., Ltd. Branch in Thai Binh (Hung Yen province), the activity of taking workers home for Tet continues to be maintained as a humane tradition. On the occasion of the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026, the Trade Union and businesses coordinate to organize bus trips to take workers and employees with distant hometowns to their hometowns for Tet.

Provincial Trade Union creates "peak period" of Tet care

Along with the involvement of businesses, the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation has issued Plan No. 22/KH-LDLD on organizing activities to care for union members and workers during the Binh Ngo Lunar New Year 2026. The Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation will support 11,163 cases of union members and workers in difficult and extremely difficult circumstances, with a total mobilized and spent resource of 22 billion VND.

With the theme "Tet Sum vay - Spring thanks to the Party" and the motto "All union members and workers have Tet, celebrate Tet", the Provincial Labor Federation will organize many key activities. In which, the program "Trade Union Tet Market - Spring 2026" is expected to be implemented in industrial parks, economic zones and areas with many workers, with 0-dong booths, preferential booths, free medical examination and treatment, legal advice and Tet gifts.

In addition, the Provincial Labor Federation organizes delegations to visit, give gifts, and wish Tet to union members and workers at enterprises, with a maximum care level of 1 million VND/person, paid in cash. The "Trade Union Bus - Spring 2026" activity continues to be implemented to support workers to return to their hometowns to celebrate Tet safely and meaningfully.

In the plan to care for Binh Ngo Tet 2026, the Hung Yen Provincial Labor Federation especially emphasized the organization of "Trade Union Year-end Meal" at enterprises. This is not only a year-end meal but also an opportunity for workers, trade union organizations, employers and government representatives to share and create an atmosphere of solidarity and cohesion.
