Since then, Trade Unions at all levels have innovated methods, improving the quality and efficiency of Trade Union activities at all levels. Thereby, contributing to attracting and gathering a large number of workers to join the Trade Union.
In the first 7 months of 2024, the whole province has established 20 new grassroots Trade Unions in non-state sector enterprises. Among them, there are 11 grassroots trade unions with 25 members or more.
In addition, 2 new grassroots unions have been established locally with 82 members; Developed 5,220 new union members, the number of union members increased by 2,534 people (reaching 51.7% of the target assigned by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor).
At the working session, delegates exchanged and discussed difficulties and obstacles in developing union members and establishing grassroots trade unions at units and localities. Thereby, relevant parties discussed solutions, models, and best practices to soon complete this task.
