In the Hòa Phú Industrial Park, the Đắk Lắk Provincial Trade Union Federation has just coordinated with the Able Joy Đắk Lắk Joint Stock Company's Trade Union to organize the "Trade Union Meal" program to express gratitude to workers.
This activity aims to welcome the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2024).
The 2024 "Trade Union Meal" program was organized with the participation of 2,250 trade union members and workers currently working at the above-mentioned company.
Each meal at the program costs 65,000 VND (an additional 40,000 VND per meal compared to the daily working meal). The meal includes dishes such as salted shrimp, bitter gourd with eggs, red pumpkin soup with ground meat, fried chicken legs with scallions, fruit for dessert, soft drinks, milk, etc.
Not only did the workers enjoy a delicious meal, but they also had the opportunity to meet and exchange with the trade union, the board of directors to create a sense of closeness, unity, and cohesion between the parties.
Mr. Lê Văn Thành, Chairman of the Đắk Lắk Provincial Trade Union Federation, stated: "As part of the chain of activities to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam Trade Union, organizing the "Trade Union Meal" is an opportunity for workers, the Trade Union, and the company's leaders to share and understand each other. Through this, we can build trust and a sense of closeness between trade union members and workers with the Trade Union and the employer.
The Đắk Lắk Provincial Trade Union highly appreciates and recognizes the attention of the company's director in creating conditions and coordinating the organization of the 2024 "Trade Union Meal". This is also a manifestation of the goal of striving to build a harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relationship. We hope that the trade union members and workers of the entire company, with a sense of unity, courage, creativity, and solidarity, will overcome difficulties and strive to build the unit stronger and more prosperous."
