News from Son Tra Ward Trade Union, Da Nang city on February 11th said: The Ward Trade Union organizes delegations to visit and give gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances in the ward on the occasion of the 2026 Lunar New Year.
This is an activity to promptly encourage, share and bring a warm atmosphere to union members before the New Year.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Minh, Chairwoman of Son Tra Ward Trade Union, said: During the Binh Ngo Tet 2026, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the Da Nang City Labor Federation have allocated nearly 1,000 gifts for Party, State, National Assembly and Vietnam General Confederation of Labor leaders to visit and give to union members in difficult circumstances.
Due to the work schedule of the leaders who cannot come directly to the units, the presentation of gifts is authorized to the Son Tra Ward Trade Union to implement, ensuring that the gifts are handed directly to union members.
Each gift includes 1 million VND in cash and a gift bag worth 300,000 VND, showing the concern and care of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the City Labor Federation for union members and workers in the locality.
At Son Tra Ward Trade Union, 25 union members and workers received gifts from the program. At the visiting locations, Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong Minh, Chairwoman of Son Tra Ward Trade Union, inquired about health, life, and listened to the thoughts and aspirations of union members and workers.
The Chairman of Son Tra Ward Trade Union expressed his wish that these meaningful gifts will be a source of spiritual encouragement, helping union members and workers to have more trust and attachment to the trade union organization, continue to strive, overcome difficulties, stabilize their lives and successfully complete their tasks in the coming time.
