At the ceremony, Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union announced the decision to admit 145 employees of Lutech Software Technology Co., Ltd. into the Trade Union organization, establish the grassroots Trade Union of Lutech Software Technology Co., Ltd.; admit 26 employees of Tuan Pham Advertising Service Co., Ltd. to the Trade Union organization and establish the grassroots Trade Union of Tuan Pham Advertising Service Co., Ltd.
Speaking at the announcement ceremony, leaders of Thanh Khe Ward Trade Union acknowledged and highly appreciated the concern and coordination of the leaders of the two enterprises in creating favorable conditions for the Trade Union organization to deploy propaganda and mobilize workers to participate.
This is an important factor contributing to the development of the Trade Union organization in the business sector, while caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
The Ward Trade Union proposed that the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union of the two units soon develop and promulgate operating regulations; proactively implement programs to care for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers.
At the same time, strengthen propaganda and mobilization of union members to well comply with the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; actively coordinate with businesses in production and business activities, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
