Voluntary joining the Trade Union organization
According to the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation, in the first 6 months of 2026, the development of the Trade Union organization continued to achieve many positive results. The Provincial Labor Federation has newly established 26 grassroots trade unions, developed 6,102 more union members, and established Kon Tum Ward Trade Union, contributing to expanding the scope of gathering workers into the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
Continuing to develop union members and establish grassroots trade unions in the province affirms the spread of the Trade Union organization, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
Mr. Le Van Chuong - Vice Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union of Khanh Hao One Member Limited Liability Company said that on July 13, 2026, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation announced decisions to admit 51 union members to the Vietnam Trade Union organization and establish the grassroots Trade Union of Khanh Hao One Member Limited Liability Company. All employees in the company voluntarily joined the Trade Union organization.
The company's Board of Directors and employees are very excited to join the Trade Union organization. Currently, insurance regimes... are fully implemented by the company to ensure the rights of employees" - Mr. Chuong shared.

The Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation has also just established 6 grassroots trade unions at units and businesses in the western area (former Kon Tum) of Quang Ngai province, including: Construction Quality Appraisal Center; GOLDEN Tay Nguyen Security Trading and Service Co., Ltd.; Kon Tum Fertilizer Joint Stock Company; Quang Giang Transport Co., Ltd.; Green Forest Kon Tum One Member Co., Ltd. and Hanh Tam Medical One Member Co., Ltd.
Leaders of the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation requested the executive committees of grassroots trade unions to quickly develop operating regulations, soon catch up and effectively implement activities.
Ms. Tran Thi Thao Van - Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union of Hanh Tam Medical Co., Ltd. - said that the company's grassroots trade union was established by the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation on July 9, 2026. Immediately after its establishment, the Executive Committee urgently assigned specific tasks to each member; developed and issued operating regulations, regulations on trade union financial spending and regulations on coordination between the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the Board of Directors of enterprises.
