News from the Trade Union of Chien Dan commune, Da Nang city on April 7 said: The Trade Union of Chien Dan commune coordinated with the Chien Dan grassroots Social Insurance to organize the signing of a coordination program in implementing policies and laws on Social Insurance (BHXH), Health Insurance (BHYT), Unemployment Insurance (BHTN) for the period 2025–2030.
The key contents of the regulations include: exchanging information and related data; propagating and advising on insurance policies; participating in supervising the implementation of laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance at enterprises; promptly protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of trade union members and employees, and establishing Trade Unions in enterprises.
At the signing ceremony, representatives of the leaders of the two units affirmed that the signing of the Cooperation Program for the period 2025–2030 is an important basis to improve the effectiveness of implementing social security policies in the area; contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations; and ensuring long-term rights for workers.
Currently, in Chien Dan commune, there are over 150 non-state enterprises with more than 4,730 employees participating in compulsory social insurance, of which over 3,600 are trade union members.
The signing of the program aims to strengthen close coordination between Chien Dan Commune Trade Union and Chien Dan Grassroots Social Insurance in propaganda and dissemination of policies and laws on social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance; raising awareness and responsibility of employers and employees in complying with insurance laws.
