On July 27, Dai Loc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang City, said that Dai Loc Commune Trade Union had organized a ceremony to announce the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Da Nang Green Concrete Joint Stock Company.
The activity is organized to respond to the Peak Month of union member development, establishment of grassroots trade unions and celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union.
At the ceremony, the Dai Loc Commune Trade Union announced the decision to establish a grassroots trade union, launched the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee of the Da Nang Green Concrete Joint Stock Company's grassroots trade union; and at the same time organized the admission of 49 trade union members working at the enterprise.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions marks a new step in the work of building trade union organizations in localities, creating conditions for workers to be cared for and protected their legitimate and lawful rights and interests; and at the same time promoting the role of a bridge between workers and businesses, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
This is also a practical activity to celebrate the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union, contributing to expanding the Trade Union organization, attracting workers to join the organization and improving the effectiveness of trade union activities in the business sector in Dai Loc commune.
