News from Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union, Da Nang city on September 10th said: Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union organized the announcement of the decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union (CĐCS) of Dong Nhan General Clinic Co., Ltd. and admitted 69 workers to the Vietnam Trade Union organization.
At the program, Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union announced decisions to admit 69 union members, establish the grassroots trade union of Dong Nhan General Clinic Co., Ltd., appoint the Executive Committee and the Inspection Committee. The Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union includes 5 members; Ms. Van Thi Nhu Y was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots trade union.
Speaking at the program, Ms. Lam Thi Vy - Chairwoman of Nam Phuoc Commune Trade Union congratulated the grassroots trade union and new union members; and at the same time requested the Executive Committee to soon complete the organization and management of union members, and develop practical activity programs that are close to the needs of workers.
With the characteristic of being a medical unit, Ms. Lam Thi Vy oriented the grassroots trade union to promote the expertise of the team of doctors, medical staff, and employees to organize health care activities, disease prevention counseling, occupational health and welfare programs for union members and workers. Thereby, gradually creating a unique mark in trade union activities at the unit.
Congratulating the new grassroots trade union and 69 admitted union members, Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy - Deputy Head of the Trade Union Affairs Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation requested the trade union executive committee to soon stabilize the organization, build regulations and operating programs suitable to the specific characteristics of the enterprise.
Effectively perform the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers. At the same time, grassroots trade unions need to coordinate with the board of directors to build harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations at enterprises.
Representing the enterprise, Mr. Ho Chi Nhan - CEO of Dong Nhan General Clinic Co., Ltd. said that the board of directors will continue to coordinate and create conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate effectively, contributing to caring for life, ensuring rights and building a stable and cohesive working environment.
