After the Ride Ready Day 2025 program held at Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone in December 2025, some workers reflected on the emergence of spare parts replacement costs in addition to the initially introduced free car care items, and were concerned about invoices and the origin of products after payment at the event.

According to feedback from workers participating in the program, besides the contents of car inspection, oil change and free needle cleaning, some cases are advised to replace spare parts with costs up to millions of VND. However, many people said that after payment, they did not receive invoices. Only when requested, did they receive handwritten papers, not valid invoices or warranty cards. Even handwritten papers are only written perfunctorily on a "car repair receipt" sheet.
Talking to Lao Dong, Mr. Mai Xuan Huy - representative of True Moto Care said that at the Ride Ready Day 2025 program, the unit participates in the role of technical support. In addition to free car care items, some cases of spare parts replacement are carried out directly at the event area.
This unit said that because the replacement is carried out in a mobile organization area, without full infrastructure conditions like at a fixed store, the confirmation of costs is mainly done with handwritten forms for customers to grasp payment information.
However, regarding the reflection that customers are only issued handwritten papers that are said to be "invoices" when requested, while many cases of spare parts replacement do not receive valid invoices and documents, True Moto Care said it will re-examine the matter.

According to Article 9 of Decree 123/2020/ND-CP, when selling goods or providing services, business organizations and individuals must make invoices at the time of goods transfer or service completion, regardless of whether money has been collected or not. The fact that employees reflect that they have not been provided with invoices as prescribed makes it difficult to determine the origin of products and warranty benefits.
Talking to Lao Dong on April 25, 2026, a representative of Tan Thuan Ward Trade Union said: "The program is not related to trade union activities and is not coordinated with the trade union to organize, we did not know about this program".
Many workers participating in the program said that before bringing their vehicles to the event, they did not know clearly about the possibility of buying and selling spare parts. Ms. M. reflected to Lao Dong reporters: "After changing the front and rear tires, I had to demand to receive a paper to know the price. I also did not know that I would have to pay when I saw the program advertised as 100% free.
Talking to reporters, Mr. Tong Quang Phu - representative of Xe Solutions Joint Stock Company, the organizer of the program, said that Ride Ready Day 2025 is a corporate social responsibility (CSR) activity chaired by Xe Solutions Joint Stock Company, calling on businesses to participate in sponsoring to support workers to care for vehicles for free.
According to Mr. Phu, the free items at the program include tire inspection, oil change, cleaning needles for electronic fuel injection vehicles and giving gifts to participants. Spare parts replacement (if any) is carried out by partner businesses based on the actual needs of users and is a direct agreement between users and service providers.

However, regarding the content of invoices, documents and the origin of products sold at the event, reporters sent questions to the representative of the organizing unit, Xe Solutions Joint Stock Company, but have not received a specific response on whether transactions are issued invoices or valid documents are provided to buyers or not.
