The grassroots trade union of Ching Luh Vietnam Footwear Co., Ltd. (with more than 16,000 workers, located in Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Ben Luc commune) has just announced the organization of the "Celebrating Spring 2026" program for all employees working at the company.
The program aims to create a joyful and exciting atmosphere after the Tet holiday, helping workers feel secure at work, more attached to the Trade Union organization and businesses, thereby contributing to the sustainable development of the company.
According to the plan, the art program will take place from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM on March 7, 2026, with the participation of singers, artists and dance troupes from Ho Chi Minh City such as Tieu Minh Phung, Nam Cuong, Kyo York,... promising to bring a vibrant and unique atmosphere.
The highlight of the program is the lucky draw activity, taking place from 5:15 PM to 8:00 PM (integrated into the art program). The prize structure includes 5 special prizes, each prize is an electric motorbike; 5 first prizes, each prize is a 50-inch TV; 5 second prizes, each prize is a washing machine; 5 third prizes are household products and 25 consolation prizes, each prize is one year of free laundry detergent use.
The Organizing Committee will use automatic lottery software to find the winner, and at the same time divide the list of employees into 5 lucky draw areas to ensure even distribution of prizes between workshops.
To ensure security and order, the company requires all employees to move by walking to the organizing area, park in the right place and present their cards when entering the gate. The program is only for company employees, not applicable to outsiders and children.
The Trade Union also arranged to distribute snacks and drinks to union members participating in the program. For workers traveling by bus, the Trade Union will support a pick-up and drop-off plan after the event ends.
The "Celebrating Spring 2026" program is expected to be a meaningful cultural activity, creating motivation to work and tightening the spirit of solidarity among the collective of workers at Ching Luh Vietnam Shoe Co., Ltd. in the first days of the new year.
