At Tu Da Industrial Cluster, on January 11, 2026, the grassroots Trade Union of Estec Phu Tho Co., Ltd. coordinated with business leaders to organize the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" in 2026. More than 700 union members, workers and relatives participated, celebrating Tet early together in a warm and connected atmosphere.
In addition to giving gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances, the program also organizes many spring fun activities, lucky draws and games for workers' children.
In particular, the Trade Union Year-end Meal was organized for all workers and relatives with an average of 50,000 VND/meal, contributing to creating a true atmosphere of reunion and sharing in the last days of the year.

The spring atmosphere continues to spread in Phu Ha Industrial Park, where the grassroots Trade Union of Phu Tho Matsuoka Company organizes the program "Tet Sum vay - Spring of Gratitude to the Party" with the participation of more than 2,000 union members and workers. The highlight of the program is the ceremony honoring 280 outstanding workers, recognizing their persistent contributions throughout the past year.
The Trade Union presented 44 gifts to union members and workers in difficult circumstances with a total value of 55 million VND; organized a lucky draw with 55 prizes, with a total value of over 48 million VND; and also presented 50 gifts worth 15 million VND from the care of grassroots trade unions.
Notably, from January 1, 2026, the new salary level at enterprises was adjusted to increase by 7.2% compared to 2025, bringing excitement to workers right before the New Year.

Previously, the grassroots trade union of Arp Vina Co., Ltd. (Phu Ha Industrial Park) also organized the "Tet Sum vay" program in 2026 for nearly 700 union members and workers.
Activities took place soi noi; the highlight is the lucky draw program with nearly 200 prizes, total value over 160 million VND, the highest prize up to 25 million VND. The grassroots trade union also awarded 50 gifts worth 15 million VND to union members in difficult circumstances and organized a Trade Union Meal with a price of 70,000 VND/gift.
According to Mr. Tran Phuong Dong - Member of the Standing Committee of Phu Tho Provincial Labor Federation, Deputy Head of the Provincial Industrial Zone Trade Union, the "Tet Sum vay" programs this year are implemented synchronously, with focus, aimed at the right target audience. Close coordination with businesses helps care policies become substantive, consolidating the trust and attachment of workers.
