Support convenient movement, no street vending
On September 15, according to the union representative of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd., in the first trip, 724 workers out of a total of more than 42,000 employees of the company traveled to Da Lat and were served better than every year.
In the first phase, workers started traveling to Da Lat from September 6. After returning, workers started to continue with their work after the holiday.
Mr. Dang Tuan Tu - Chairman of the Trade Union of Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. said: During the first trip, workers traveled to Da Lat City (Lam Dong Province), the situation was stable, workers were excited and received better service than in previous years.
Mr. Tu said that when the delegation arrived in Da Lat city, they were met by Da Lat city leaders and exchanged information so that the delegation could have a smooth trip.
In addition to visiting famous tourist attractions, Da Lat City also facilitated the movement of the group due to the large number of people, and at the same time prevented street vending around the hotel area where the workers stayed during the tour.
In the first session, Ms. Tran Thi Vu Loan - Vice Chairman of Da Lat City People's Committee was present to welcome the delegation. Taking workers on vacation - content included in collective labor agreement
In 2024, Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. plans to take 12,000 to 15,000 workers on a trip to Da Lat. The remaining workers will continue to travel to Da Lat the following year.
Travel expenses are supported by the union, including tickets, food, accommodation... with a total estimated amount of tens of billions of dong.
Chang Shin Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a shoe manufacturing company for Nike with more than 42,000 workers working at 3 factories in Thanh Phu commune - Vinh Cuu district, Loc An Industrial Park - Long Thanh district and Tan Phu Industrial Park - Tan Phu district.
