However, Mr. Lu Trong Phuong - Chairman of Hai Chau District Labor Federation - said that the Standing Committee of Hai Chau District Labor Federation decided to cancel the "Full Moon Festival Night" program.
Instead, the Hai Chau District Labor Federation only organized gift giving for 740 children (300,000 VND each) who are children of union members, workers, civil servants, and laborers in difficult circumstances.
It is known that the Standing Committee of the Da Nang City Labor Federation also decided to stop organizing "Full Moon Festival Night" activities at all levels of the Union on this occasion to share with the people of the North who have suffered many losses due to storms and floods in the past few days.
At the same time, allocate budget and authorize local trade unions to give gifts to children of union members, workers, civil servants and laborers in difficult circumstances.
