On September 25, the Trade Union of Da Nang High-Tech Park and Industrial Parks held a conference to train operational skills for grassroots Trade Union officials in 2024.
The conference was attended by more than 100 delegates who are key officials of affiliated grassroots trade unions.
This activity aims to equip knowledge, improve capacity and skills in organizing trade union activities for grassroots trade union officials. From there, it helps grassroots trade union officials coordinate well with agencies and business units to care for and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.
Delegates were informed by the City Labor Federation's Reporter about the main activities of the grassroots Trade Union; workers' and Trade Union issues in the new situation.
Process of building, negotiating and signing Labor Agreements; grassroots democracy at the workplace for non-state enterprises and skills and working methods of grassroots Trade Union officials.
