When workers have access to complete information, career advice and have the opportunity to directly contact businesses, the job search process will become more proactive, reducing the "dismatch" between training and actual needs.
Also according to the leader of the City Labor Federation, the expansion of participants such as students, demobilized soldiers or freelancers shows the efforts of the trade union organization in broadening the coverage of labor groups, not only limited to the area with official labor relations. This is a suitable direction in the context of an increasingly diverse and flexible labor market.
Another noteworthy point is that the organization was prepared quite methodically, from coordinating with the City Employment Service Center, universities to mobilizing businesses to participate.
Grassroots trade unions, ward and commune trade unions are also assigned the task of propagating and mobilizing workers to participate, ensuring that the Festival is not only an "organized" event, but also truly "where people come".
Notably, the entire organizational budget is allocated from the city's trade union financial source, showing proactiveness in investing in practical activities, directly serving union members and workers.
In the context that many businesses in Da Nang and the Central region have orders but lack labor, activities such as the Job Counseling and Introduction Day contribute to solving the long-term problem, helping workers and businesses "meet" at the right time and in the right need.
