In addition, some delegates also proposed to add more specific data to clarify the effectiveness and spread of patriotic emulation movements among union members and workers at enterprises and production units nationwide.
Contributing opinions in section 2.3 (page 6) of the draft Political Report, Mr. Cao Huu Trong Bac - Chairman of the grassroots trade union of Lefaso Tra Vinh Industrial Investment and Production Joint Stock Company (Tra Cu commune, Vinh Long province) - said that the content of evaluating emulation movements continuing to spread strongly is appropriate. However, according to Mr. Bac, the report needs to add more specific data to more clearly illustrate the results achieved in practice, thereby increasing the persuasiveness of the evaluation content.
Mr. Cao Huu Trong Bac said that many union members and workers have proactively researched and proposed solutions to improve techniques and apply technology to production, helping businesses reduce costs and improve operational efficiency. Many initiatives bring great benefits, contributing to stabilizing jobs, improving income and creating a vibrant emulation atmosphere in the labor force at enterprises.
From that reality, Mr. Bac suggested that the draft Political Report submitted to the Congress should supplement data such as the number of initiatives, the number of Creative Labor Certificates awarded, the benefit value from emulation movements as well as the effectiveness brought to businesses and employees.
Concretizing with data will help the report content reflect more vividly and fully the results of trade union activities in the past term, creating motivation to continue promoting emulation movements in the coming time.
