In order to support job creation for cadres, civil servants, public employees, contract workers and part-time workers who quit their jobs due to the reorganization of the apparatus in administrative units at all levels of Hanoi City, the city and related agencies have promptly issued plans and implemented them.
At the request of the Department of Home Affairs, in the past time, the Hanoi Employment Service Center has coordinated with the People's Committees of communes and wards to collect information and job search needs of workers on leave.
The Hanoi Employment Service Center uses the main floor system and 14 satellite floors as the points for collecting, synthesizing, and entering survey documents, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the database. Accordingly, assess and forecast the high demand for jobs in the labor market to guide, advise, connect and solve employment for workers who quit their jobs due to the arrangement of the State administrative apparatus in a suitable and timely manner.
In particular, the work of job consulting and introduction aims to be in-depth. Through the job exchange system, providing direct and personalized consulting services for employees on the choice of careers suitable for their abilities, experience and market needs; supporting the preparation of documents and interview skills. Actively connect workers with enterprises under the Management Board of Hanoi High-Tech Parks and Industrial Parks, Hanoi Small and Medium Enterprises Association, Hanoi Young Entrepreneurs Association and other enterprises in the area to solve employment.
The Department of Home Affairs also implements loans for job creation from the City budget entrusted through the Social Policy Bank (SBV). Accordingly, the City Bank for Social Policies Branch deployed to the affiliated VBSP transaction office to create favorable conditions for employees who quit their jobs due to the arrangement of the state administrative apparatus and need to borrow capital to solve employment, start up, develop the economy, borrow capital to work abroad under contracts from the City's budget entrusted through the VBSP according to regulations, ensuring transparency, not allowing negativity to occur.
On September 10, a representative of the Hanoi Employment Service Center said that as of September 8, the center had surveyed information on vocational training needs and job creation of cases of job creation due to the reorganization of the apparatus in administrative units. Of which, the highest is Kim Lien ward, 27 people; Me Linh commune, 23 people; Chuong My and Ba Vi wards: 22 people. Many functional units collected information about 1 person such as Bach Mai ward, Gia Lam ward, Khuong Dinh ward, Kien Hung ward, Yen Hoa ward...
"The center staff have directly contacted and grasped the needs of each case. In the next step, the center will implement the classification and filtering of needs groups: New job search group; group with vocational training needs; group with startup loans to have the most suitable support and consultation plan," said a representative of the Hanoi Employment Service Center.
