According to a quick report from the General Planning Department, Hue Central Hospital, facility 2, at about 10 am on September 11, at Scavi Hue Textile Company (Phong Dien Industrial Park, Phong Dien Ward, Hue City), a suspected food poisoning incident occurred.
As of 3 pm on the same day, there were 41 people showing signs of suspected poisoning and all 41 people were taken to Hue Central Hospital facility 2 for emergency treatment.
Among these, 30 people are being treated at the Emergency Department. 11 people were hospitalized for inpatient treatment, including 10 cases at the Tropical Diseases Department and 1 case at the Intensive Care - Poison Control Department.
The hospital has treated 41 people. One case had to be actively resuscitated and transferred to the Intensive Care Unit - Anti-poison treatment due to anaphylaxis degree II.
By the time of reporting, there have been no cases of transfer.
The case is being further monitored and handled by functional agencies.
