On May 23, the police force of Tay Nam ward coordinated with Topkey Vietnam Co., Ltd. to organize a surprise rapid drug inspection for hundreds of workers working at the unit.
To avoid disrupting the production line, functional forces have arranged separate sample taking areas for men and women, and divided testing flows into each workshop for more than 500 workers. The inspection process took place publicly, ensuring absolute safety and confidentiality of personal information. Quick test results showed that all workers sampled were negative for drugs.

Representatives of businesses and workers all agreed to support this coordination activity to clean up the labor environment and proactively prevent the risk of insecurity and social disorder at production facilities from afar. This is also a step to concretize the model of building non-drug businesses in the area.
In addition to taking samples for testing, the police force also integrates propaganda about the harmful effects of drugs, mobilizing workers to raise awareness of self-discipline and actively report crimes. On this occasion, workers are also instructed to install security and order and traffic reporting applications on smartphones to promptly report violations in the locality.
