Mr. Vinh said: "We set out a mission and vision for workers to work towards. The relationship between leaders and employees is always maintained openly and friendly, creating a working environment where when coming to the company, employees will feel attached and close.
According to him, the philosophy of "for workers" comes from the heart and principle: All activities revolve around people. Because consulting is a field that requires intelligence, to achieve the goal, TEDI must take comprehensive care from material to spiritual. Over the years, the company has constantly improved facilities, innovated equipment, software, and tools for work. Salary, bonus, and welfare regimes are guaranteed and adjusted in accordance with labor results.
Regarding spiritual life, TEDI cares about the health of staff and employees by cooperating with central hospitals to periodically examine and monitor their health, and support when problems arise. Despite the urgent nature of the work, the company still arranges scientifically to ensure project progress and create time for rest and entertainment for workers. Many collective, tourism and teamwork activities are organized regularly.
Mr. Vinh emphasized that this is not a short-term solution or an immediate breakthrough, but a long-term, sustainable strategy. In 2024, TEDI will continue to be honored as "Outstanding Enterprise for Workers" - the 7th consecutive year of achieving this title.
That is a timely and correct recognition from the Organizing Committee. But for us, the necessary conditions still have to come from the heart, steadfast in the goal of working for workers to maintain development, Mr. Vinh shared.
Talking numbers
TEDI's policy of "taking workers as the root" does not stop at the slogan but is measured by specific indicators. Currently, TEDI has 605 employees. Average monthly income is always high: In 2023, it will reach VND 26,365,317; in 2024, it will be VND 26,142,229; In the first 6 months of 2025, it will increase to VND 27,200,000.
For many years, the company has not owed or is late in salary, 100% of employees are covered by social insurance. There were no labor disputes or work stoppages.
The Corporation has developed and publicized the Labor Code according to regulations, with consensus with the grassroots union executive committee, and registered with the State management agency. Collective labor agreements have also been established in accordance with legal procedures and are still in effect. The company fully complies with the regulations of democracy at the grassroots level.
The policy of considering workers as the root has brought clear results to TEDI. Total capital in 2023 will reach more than 629 billion VND; in 2024, it will increase to more than 688 billion VND; in the first 6 months of 2025, it will reach more than 692 billion VND.
Pre-tax profit in 2023 is more than 73 billion VND; in 2024 it will reach about 66 billion VND; in the first 6 months of 2025 alone, it will reach 45 billion VND. The profit/revenue rate over the years has always remained high: In 2023, it reached 9.87%; in 2024, it was 9.73%; in the first 6 months of 2025, it reached 10.17%.
These figures show that when taking employees as the center, businesses not only create a humane and committed working environment but also promote business efficiency. This is a long-term commitment - a sustainable path to both ensure the rights of workers and maintain stable growth.
