The conference was attended by more than 100 delegates who are Chairmen and Vice Chairmen of grassroots trade unions in Dinh Vu - Cat Hai Industrial Park.
In his opening speech, Mr. Nguyen Van Quyet - Permanent Vice President of the City Labor Federation emphasized that the Trade Union Congresses at all levels this term is an event of special political and social significance. The Congress was held immediately after implementing the policies, resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Party Central Committee, the Politburo, and the Secretariat on streamlining the apparatus of the political system. This is also a special milestone when socio-political organizations and mass associations are merged and reorganized under the Vietnam Fatherland Front, marking a fundamental change in the Trade Union organization model in the new era.
To ensure the congress is successful, meeting the requirements of superiors and the expectations of union members and workers, the City Labor Federation organizes training sessions to equip union officials with the most core knowledge and skills on the process and skills of organizing the 2025 - 2030 grassroots union congress. In particular, focusing on preparing documents, personnel, election processes, reviewing the status of delegates, organizing congresses, completing documents after congresses...
The conference also took time for delegates to discuss and answer practical difficulties and problems.
Also according to the plan, the Industrial Park Trade Union Board will organize 10 training sessions on organizing the Trade Union Congress for 1,000 grassroots trade union officials in industrial parks (600 delegates in the East, 400 delegates in the West).
