On May 23, Tam Thang Ward People's Committee (HCMC) said that the 2026 Tam Thang Ward Job Counseling and Introduction Day with the theme "Spreading opportunities - Connecting success" organized by the locality attracted more than 1,000 workers, students, and pupils in the area to participate.
The job fair also attracted about 60 businesses, organizations, and educational institutions in Tam Thang ward and Ho Chi Minh City. These units operate in many fields such as: hotels, finance - banking, insurance, mechanical refrigeration, industrial production, study abroad consulting, labor export... with the need to recruit nearly 1,000 job positions, from unskilled workers to highly skilled workers.
In the program, a large number of workers were connected with recruitment units. Students participated in counseling programs, career orientation suitable to their abilities as well as counseling on study abroad programs, labor export to Japan, Korea... In addition, during the festival, counseling on laws, social insurance, policies to support workers, and seminars on the topic "Real market - Real value" were also organized.
According to Tam Thang Ward People's Committee, the festival proactively provided official labor market information, creating a bridge between businesses and workers in the context of the increasing practical needs for jobs, labor export, and study abroad of people in the area.
The festival has connected and helped workers find suitable job opportunities at businesses with recruitment needs; at the same time, career counseling depending on their abilities and strengths for students, youth, and workers in the area.
