The Evergreen Trang Due Social Housing Project is invested by Saigon - Hai Phong Industrial Park Joint Stock Company (SHP).
Started from May 28, 2023, the project items have been completed and have been inspected and accepted by the specialized agency under the Department of Construction, ensuring technical, aesthetic and quality requirements, and meeting the conditions for use. The Department of Construction of Hai Phong City has reviewed and fully completed the procedures and conditions for the inauguration in accordance with the Central regulations.
The Evergreen Trang Due Social Housing Project is planned on an area of 31,369 m2, including 10 15-storey apartment buildings. After the project is handed over and put into use, 2,538 apartments will be provided to workers and laborers as well as other policy beneficiaries who are entitled to social housing programs in Hai Phong city.
The 7 buildings inaugurated include CT1, CT2, CT3, CT5, CT6, CT7 and CT8, located in the Urban Area - Trade Services and Workers' Housing of Trang Due, An Duong Ward, Hai Phong City. Previously, by March 2025, the first 3 buildings of the project had been handed over with a total of 744 apartments. The inauguration of 7 buildings in this period has increased the total number of completed apartments to 1,770 units, ready to be handed over to the people, contributing to promptly solving housing needs, especially in preparation for the 2026 Binh Ngo Lunar New Year.
The Evergreen Trang Due Social Housing Project not only contributes to celebrating the 14th National Congress of the Party but also has practical significance in promoting socio-economic development, ensuring social security, improving the quality of life, realizing the dream of settling down for workers and laborers in Hai Phong city.
Ms. Nguyen Ngoc Mai, a worker at Nomura Industrial Park, said that after more than 7 years of working as a worker in Hai Phong, she and her husband have also saved up some money, borrowed more to buy an 800 million VND apartment in Evergreen social housing area. Having a stable place to live, Mai and her husband took her grandmother to live with, worked with peace of mind, and stayed with the company for a long time.
