In 2025, Duong Kinh ward will complete and exceed 12/12 targets on socio-economic development, national defense and security. The economic structure gradually increases the proportion of industry - construction, trade - services, gradually decreases the proportion of agricultural - forestry and fishery production. The budget revenue target in the ward is high, estimated at VND 10,182 billion, reaching 136.5% of the plan assigned by the city, reaching 113.7% of the plan assigned by the Ward People's Council.
The ward has completed site clearance for 3/7 projects and is implementing site clearance for 4/7 projects. State management of land and construction order has been directed with attention. In 2025, there will be 9 publicly invested projects in the ward. Of which, 3 projects have been finalized and 6 projects are currently being implemented.
In 2026, the ward will invest in 4 new projects, including: renovating and upgrading the traffic route of residential group 2A starting point from the area of 747 Pham Van Dong extended to the saltwaterproof ditch; investing in upgrading The Nhan Street; renovating and upgrading Xuan Dieu Street; renovating and upgrading Pho Tan Street with a total public investment of VND 57.810 billion.
