The Dung Tien - Giang Bien Industrial Cluster project is invested by Dung Tien Industrial Joint Stock Company, and was approved by the Hai Phong City People's Committee for investment policy and investor approval in Decision No. 194/QD-UBND dated January 19, 2023. The industrial cluster has a scale of nearly 50 hectares, a total investment of about 487 billion VND, and is deployed in Vinh Thuan commune, Hai Phong.
One of the outstanding advantages of Dung Tien - Giang Bien Industrial Cluster is its particularly favorable geographical location when adjacent to National Highway 10, the main traffic route of the Red River Delta and the Northern coast. From here, connecting and trading with major economic centers such as Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa and neighboring localities becomes faster and more convenient, creating optimal conditions for goods transportation activities and industrial production development.
The project is planned with a synchronous, modern, closed technical infrastructure, fully meeting the criteria of a new industrial cluster in the direction of green and sustainability. Dung Tien - Giang Bien Industrial Cluster aims to attract manufacturing industries with modern and environmentally friendly technology such as electronics, refrigeration, telecommunications, information technology, high technology and appropriate supporting industries.
