53 years of focusing on workers
Established in 1973, after 53 years of construction and development, Quang Tri Trading Corporation has affirmed its position with its production - business capacity and concern for the lives of employees. In 2023, the enterprise was honored to receive the Second Class Independence Medal, a noble award recognizing its contributions to the socio-economic field.
With the consistent philosophy of "Workers are the most valuable assets", the company ensures full and timely implementation of social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI); at the same time, building a diverse welfare system. In addition to the transparent salary scale and table, employees are entitled to many allowances such as responsibility, seniority, toxicity, shiftwork, fuel... Initiative bonuses, quarterly and annual bonuses are all implemented publicly and democratically under the supervision of the union.
100% of staff and workers receive periodic health check-ups and enjoy intensive health care, especially for female workers and groups of workers with risk factors. The grassroots trade union and the board of directors maintain many annual programs such as "Tet Sum Vay", "Worker's Month", "Happy Children's Tet", organize cultural, sports and tourism activities, create an environment of solidarity and spread the positive spirit.
In particular, many human welfare funds have been formed such as: "Overcoming difficulties" Fund supporting loans with interest rates of 0%, "Sepon Heart" Fund helping workers in emergency difficulties, "Giving Children" Fund supporting scholarships and gifts for orphans, and the "Union Shelter" program to build houses for poor workers. These activities have contributed to building the image of a good business, responsible to the community.

On August 15, 2025, at the Ceremony to honor Outstanding Enterprises for Workers 2025 chaired by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, in coordination with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry, Quang Tri Trading Corporation was honored to be named in the list of Outstanding Enterprises for Workers in 2025. This is the 4th time the enterprise has received this noble title.
Mr. Nguyen Tai Minh - Vice Chairman of the Quang Tri Provincial Federation of Labor - affirmed that the title of Outstanding Enterprise for Workers in 2025 is the result of a long-term, substantial effort.
