Hoa Binh - Tan Lac District Labor Federation has just organized a summary of union activities in 2024 and deployed key tasks in 2025.

Recently, the Tan Lac District Labor Federation held a conference to summarize union activities in 2024 and set out key tasks and directions for 2025.

In 2024, Tan Lac District Labor Federation performed well its role of representing and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.

The unit organized the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing", giving 122 gifts worth more than 41 million VND to workers in difficult circumstances.

In addition, grassroots trade unions coordinated to organize many meaningful activities such as dialogue conferences, welfare programs, and material support for 226 young men joining the army.

In 2024, the movement "Good workers, creative workers" continued to be promoted with 102 technical innovation initiatives recognized. The Workers' Volleyball Tournament attracted 33 teams to participate, contributing to improving spiritual life.

In addition, the mountainous district's Labor Federation exceeded the target of developing new union members with 425 people joining the union, bringing the total number of union members to 3,237. At the same time, the district's Labor Federation established a new grassroots union, achieving 100% of the set plan.

With the achieved results, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor awarded the Medal "For the cause of building the Trade Union organization" to 2 individuals, and certificates of merit to 2 individuals; the Provincial Confederation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to 6 groups and 12 individuals; the District Confederation of Labor awarded certificates of merit to 15 groups and 35 individuals.

In 2025, Tan Lac District Labor Federation will continue to focus on protecting workers' rights, strengthening propaganda work, widely disseminating Party resolutions, State laws and emulation movements among union members and workers, and continue to care for the lives of union members and workers.
