On the morning of September 14, a working delegation of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor led by Mr. Nguyen Minh Canh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor visited, encouraged and presented support of 100 million VND to union members and workers in Bac Giang province affected by storm No. 3.
Previously, on the afternoon of September 13, Mr. Nguyen Minh Canh and the working delegation of Thanh Hoa Labor Federation presented support of 100 million VND to union members and workers in Thai Nguyen province affected by storm No. 3 (YAGI).
Here, Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor Nguyen Minh Canh and the delegation sent their condolences, sympathy and encouragement to the families of union members and workers affected by storms and floods.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Canh also hopes that the provincial Labor Federations will overcome difficulties and join hands with all levels of trade unions to care for and share the hardships with union members and workers in the area, hoping that union members, workers and people affected by storms and floods will soon stabilize their lives.
According to Mr. Nguyen Minh Canh, the amount of support for each province is not large, but it is a sincere sentiment with the spirit of mutual love from union members, civil servants, and laborers of Thanh Hoa sent to union members and laborers in the area heavily affected by storm No. 3.
Representatives of union members, workers and local trade unions, leaders of Thai Nguyen and Bac Giang Labor Federations expressed their sincere thanks for the support of Thanh Hoa Labor Federation and said they will join hands with all levels of the industry to support union members, workers and people to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives soon.
With the spirit of solidarity and mutual love, Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor has established 4 working groups to visit and encourage union members and workers in provinces facing difficulties due to the impact of storms and floods.
Accordingly, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor will give 100 million VND to the Labor Federations of Hai Phong, Quang Ninh, Phu Tho, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Lao Cai, Thai Nguyen, Lang Son, and Bac Giang provinces, and 50 million VND to the Labor Federations of Cao Bang, Hoa Binh, Son La, and Bac Kan provinces. The total support fund for this period is 1.1 billion VND.
Millions of arms turn to compatriots affected by storms and floods
Storms and floods have caused severe damage in many northern provinces.
