Accordingly, on May 12, 13, 18 and 19, Lao Cai Provincial Labor Federation chaired a supervisory delegation at Tan Phu Co., Ltd., KK Sa Pa Joint Stock Company, Yen Bai Star Golf Course Joint Stock Company and RK Vietnam Marble Co., Ltd.
Participating in the supervisory delegation were Mr. Vu Cao Minh - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, as head of the delegation, along with representatives of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Department of Home Affairs, and Lao Cai Provincial Social Insurance.
The content of supervision includes the implementation of laws on occupational safety and health, labor law and regimes and policies for workers.
At the same time, the working group strengthened labor law propaganda for employers and employees.
Through actual inspection, the supervisory delegation highly appreciated the compliance of enterprises with legal regulations in implementing the Law on Occupational Safety and Health, the Labor Code and regimes and policies for workers.
The payment of sickness, maternity, recovery, and health recovery benefits for employees is fully and in accordance with regulations by enterprises; the social insurance agency pays directly into the employee's personal account.
However, through checking dossiers and documents, the supervisory delegation also discovered some contents that businesses have not properly implemented the provisions of law and has proposed to rectify them in the near future.
This is also one of a series of activities in response to the Action Month on Occupational Safety and Health in 2026.
