Implementing Decision 166/QD-BHXH of the Vietnam Social Insurance and Official Letter 3830/BHXH-TCKT on the social insurance agency transferring monthly pension and social insurance allowance payments via personal accounts to beneficiaries, Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance issued Official Letter 8126/BHXH-KHTC announcing the adjustment of the pension and social insurance allowance payment schedule.
Accordingly, the payment period for monthly pensions and social insurance benefits of Ho Chi Minh City Social Insurance starts from the 1st of each month for non-cash payments;
From the 2nd to the 10th of the month, payment will be organized at all payment points, and payment will continue from the 11th of the month to the end of the 25th of the month at payment points that are post office transaction points for cash payment.
Thus, the pension payment schedule for April 2025 is in 2 forms:
Payment via ATM account: City Social Insurance directly transfers money to the beneficiary's account from the 1st of each month.
Cash payment: Ho Chi Minh City Post Office organizes payment at payment points from the 4th to the 10th of each month; continues to pay at the Post Offices of the Central/District Post Office from the 11th to the 25th of each month.
In case the payment date according to the pension transfer schedule falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or holiday, the payment date will be the next working day.
