The purpose of the plan is to strengthen the leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels in taking care of the Lunar New Year 2025, ensuring the goal of better caring for the lives and material and spiritual well-being of policy beneficiaries in the field of meritorious people; poor households; near-poor households; social protection beneficiaries; the elderly; workers in especially difficult circumstances; people receiving monthly pensions and allowances for loss of working capacity; typical organizations and individuals; cadres on duty during the Lunar New Year and beneficiaries at the Nursing, Rehabilitation and Concentrated Treatment Centers under the Department of Labor - Invalids and Social Affairs, Hospital 09 - Department of Health, ensuring social security policies in the City.
