Accordingly, the Standing Committee of the District Labor Federation issued a Decision to dissolve and terminate the activities of 111 grassroots unions with over 3,000 union members.

At the conference, the Organizing Committee awarded the emulation flag to the Trade Union of Giao Thuy Secondary School and the Trade Union of Giao Thuy High School; awarding certificates of merit from the provincial Labor Federation to 11 collectives, 9 individuals and awarded certificates of merit from the District People's Committee and the District Labor Confederation to 31 collectives and 91 individuals with achievements in the emulation movement in the school year 2024 - 2025.
