Attending and awarding the Decision were Mr. Doan Manh Thang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Thai Nguyen province; representatives of the Board of Directors of Goldyue Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. and a large number of workers and employees working at the enterprise.
At the conference, the Provincial Labor Federation announced the Decision to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Goldyue Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd., recognizing the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consisting of 3 people. At the same time, 62 more trade union members were admitted.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions contributes to expanding the Trade Union organization in enterprises, creating conditions for workers to be represented, cared for, and protected their legitimate and lawful rights and interests.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Doan Manh Thang expressed his belief that the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union will soon stabilize the organization, grasp the situation of union members and workers, and proactively effectively implement trade union activities at enterprises.
The Vice Chairman of Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation also requested the company's leaders to continue to pay attention, coordinate, and create favorable conditions for grassroots trade unions to operate in accordance with their functions and roles, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
On this occasion, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Labor Federation presented 10 gifts, each worth 700,000 VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances of the company.
