On the afternoon of January 23, at the National Convention Center (Hanoi), the 14th National Party Congress (Party Congress XIV) held its closing session.
At the closing session, the 14th Central Committee of the Party took office, and members of the Central Committee of the Party introduced themselves to the Congress.

The 14th Central Executive Committee continues to persistently build and rectify a clean and strong Party, maintain the highest solidarity within the Party, strengthen the Party's discipline, discipline and law, improve the mechanism of controlling power, resolutely prevent and combat corruption, wastefulness, negativity, practice thrift, and combat ostentation and formalism.
