    General Secretary and President of Laos Thongloun Sisoulith and his wife will pay a state visit to Vietnam for 2 days.

    According to a statement from the Vietnamese Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the evening of January 23, at the invitation of General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and his wife, General Secretary of the Central Executive Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party, President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic Thongloun Sisoulith and his wife will pay a state visit to Vietnam from January 26 to January 27, 2026.
